JBF Consignment Sale

The JBF (Just Between Friends) Sale is a huge consignment event that takes places twice a year at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. The Spring event will be held over Mother's Day weekend this year - May 9th through 12th from 9 am to 7 pm. Admission is free and they will have everything kid-related you can think of - gently used clothes, furniture, toys, books, games, etc! I've consigned and shopped there many times and found a lot of great stuff for reasonable prices though, like with any sale, you have to be a smart shopper! Since the consignors do all their own pricing, I've found some big name brand things in great shape for cheap but have also seen Wal-mart or Target brands for as much or more than you would pay at those stores. And of course you have to pay particular attention to the quality of items - unfortunately I've gotten home to find that a zipper was broken or a button missing but overall the quality is decent!
